This is such a stupid thing to get mad over. She was the closest thing a ship had to a psychiatrist. It was literally half her job to make sure the crew stayed mentally sound, and no shit your BOSS would want to know everyone is good for the SUICIDE MISSION. It's not like she learned some deep, dakr secret and reported it. Her reports were clearly along the lines of "Shepard's mental state is still solid, despite previous trauma.
